Terms of Service

These terms govern use of bertuccioli.club and services offered by MARTINA BERTUCCIOLI LLC ("we", "us"). Specific services are provided under a separate written order form or service agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

Services

We provide IP transit, dedicated bandwidth and colocation rack space. Descriptions and prices on this website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed order.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use our network or facilities for unlawful activity, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized network scanning or intrusion, or any activity that harms other networks or users. We may suspend services that violate this policy.

Fees and payment

Fees are invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

Service levels

Uptime targets and credits, if any, are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.
